There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it’s a 2 day minimum. We recommend to inform us at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date. The house has a spa.
***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3 cars and a 2 car indoor garage. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street.
** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. ( Extra cost)
*** The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm***
**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only 1 small dog under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged. No more than 1 dog per booking.

- Pet Fee $150.00
- To ensure a relaxing stay for all guests, we only welcome small pets or dogs under 40 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet applies, with the exception of legally documented service dogs, which are exempt from the fee. Please note that any damages caused by your pet or additional cleaning required due to your pet will be charged separately. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you and your furry friend!

- For a refreshing dip in a warm pool, we offer pool heating at $40 per day, with a minimum booking of 2 days. To ensure your desired temperature, please request pool heating at least 48 hours before your arrival.
- Propane Grill (1 Week) $90.00
- We offer a convenient propane grill service for $90 per week. This includes delivery and setup of a high-quality propane grill with a full propane tank. Please note: We also provide a small 18-inch charcoal grill for free upon request. Perfect for a more rustic grilling experience! If you prefer a different sized propane grill or require additional equipment, please contact us directly for arrangements.
